Research Students

The Centre for Postcolonial Studies accepts research students through the Politics Department at Goldsmiths.

We  supervise PhD and MA students researching a variety of topics related to postcolonial/decolonial theory, the politics of knowledge, problems related to the political conditions of the global south, and the relations between art and politics in the non-western world.

Our faculty members will encourage their students to actively participate in the day-to-day life of the Centre. These students would have the opportunity to participate in the ongoing postcolonial studies seminar, organise academic events, contribute to the virtual postcolonial public forum, take part in research programmes and attend special educational events organized for them.
